The onboarding process typically involves an initial discovery call, a detailed project proposal outlining scope and timelines, an onboarding meeting with your dedicated account team, and transparent communication about next steps and deliverables.
We will work with you to define clear project goals and once a project is complete will do a thorough review using analytics and user research to ensure the goals were met. For our retainer clients we act as business partners, doing business reviews and charting out the next period with recommendations and strategy, as well as reviewing how well the previous changes performed. Our reputation is staked on our effectiveness so we take care to learn and grow with you.
Monthly retainer hours do not roll over. For annual retainers (flex hours), hours can be distributed across the retained period but must be used within the pre-paid timeframe.

For our retainer clients we require 3 business days for the first 4 hours of a request, and 1 additional business day for every extra 4 hours. For example, an 8-hour request requires 4 business days before work can start.
We typically allocate 4 production hours per day.
We do not have a cap on hours requested within a month, however, if time exceeds your retainer cap we will not be able to guarantee the delivery timeline does not continue into the next month. For example, an 80-hour request would need at least one month’s notice. Contact your account manager for detailed timelines.

We achieve this in a few different ways: - Holding design workshop sessions with our clients where we can review designs and collaborate on changes - Creating video walkthroughs of the designs you can share with stakeholders to show the full scope of a feature. Our creative team is held to extremely high standards and between the 6 team members we have over 55 years of design experience. There is a rigorous onboarding period for new designers to ensure we maintain quality, and design review is a team effort.
